1) In combat I just pause time for a minute to cut off the enemy's head. Doesn't matter that I'm stuck there for a minute afterwards if they're dead
2) I make sure I have a hiding spot before activating it, then do my fuckery and run to the hiding spot

In spite of the later production number, she doesn't have any additional features. In theory there are 48 other Karas out there, not counting the two of us, but the earlier dolls had various problems and some have gotten themselves broken (be that mind or body). Her powers also differ slightly from mine, though it's hard to say who's stronger
