I've been sitting here for the last two hours thinking about this like an autist. What has me stuck is elemental affinity II. Letting us choose a concept in place of a standard element opens up so many powerful possibilities. I'm considering concepts like entropy, death, time, or attraction. It would be a no-limits fallacy to say that a breath attack from a death dragon could kill absolutely anything that is living for the same reason why it's a no-limits fallacy to say that a breath attack from a fire dragon can melt absolutely anything. So, I'm going to assume that these powers have reasonable limits.
Here are my thoughts. "Resist fire" is a common spell in RPGs that protects an adventurer's party from fire damage. It's logical to think that fire breath would be ineffective against against a high level party of adventurers with fire resistance. By that same reasoning, I think that "negative plane protection", "death ward", and "restoration" type magics would be effective countermeasures against entropy and death powers. So, those are out.
That leaves time and attraction. I imagine the breath of a time dragon would either cause their enemies to slow down or rapidly age. A slow effect would be very powerful, but could also be potentially be countered by an adventurer casting something like a haste spell. Rapid aging would not be so easily countered. Healing a wound or a burn is much easier than healing old. I think that most adventurers would be screwed, but any creature that has something like the timeless II power would be completely unaffected.
The concept of attraction governs the strong force that binds atoms together in our bodies. A breath attack from an attraction dragon could disrupt that and cause damage through explosive disintegration. I would wager that few creatures have resistance to a conceptual attack like that.
It's a tough call between time and attraction.

I'm romancing her, which means I'll definitely help with her task, but I'll do Xiu's task first since it seems more urgent. Xiu said she would be forever in my debt if I help her, so after I have helped her I doubt she will refuse my request. If Xiu lives near Sandra, then I will request that she teaches me how to use magic. If Xiu lives far from Sandra, then I will request books and scrolls to learn magic on my own. I'll spend my time practicing magic while living in comfort with Sandra.
My element is the power of creation. The potential to create money, supplies, weapons, or allied monsters is just too good to pass up. I can support myself monetarily with my creation powers, so that I can spend all of my time learning advanced magic instead of working. Eventually, my magic will allow me to become a full-fledged dragon, which will boost my powers greatly.
Form change can be used to disguise myself as a human if I want to. Form sculpting lets me revert my body back to the body I had at 21 years of age. If I'm going to live forever, then I damn well want to be in my prime. Dragon hide II ensures that I won't be killed by a random stray bullet, and regeneration ensures that anything that doesn't kill me will not cause permanent damage.

I'm a chamaleon kind of dragon, I just live off in a forest, hide in plain sight by changing my colors, then paralyze my prey with my claws(or a group of prey with my breath) and then eat it. And also rape the fuck out of some of them because why not.
Mira is my companion, she likes kidnapping and my element is great for that, I'm sure we could nip some random broad walking around the woods and have fun with her, Mira's detached from reality and wants some exciting in her life, so I'm sure she'd play along and love her newfound pastime.
Baker's Dozen is easy because we can play dirty back and poison the Kitsune's food with my claws. Show me your moves seems fun. To be an immortal flying tank that just goes around fucking shit up. Type doesn't really matter since I don't have a weakness and no elemental attacks. But on further review I think I'll go with:

I'd be an immortal dragon wizard that can change into a full dragon when needed. Dragon form is an immense feathered serpent and affinity would be something like knowledge or wisdom. I have an eternity to study magic and my affinity would help in this regard so I would only grow more powerful over time. I'd probably spend most of my time in human form studying and training but if things got dangerous I could change into half dragon and be nigh indestructible while slinging spells or even full dragon and really start wrecking things. My breath attack would erase short term memory causing confusion and temporarily paralysis.
I'd crash with Xiu Chang at least initially to learn some magic but would hang out with Adeline and Sedrick (nohomo) to practice my magic in more practical applications. Maybe visit Ira or Joyce when the rut hits.

Adventures sound like fun. She can DPS whilst I tank and regen.
I'ma a be a super tanky Grey or Black Dragon capable of taking pretty much any hit directly and shrugging it off. No magic so I use physical attacks only.
A few questions though, In Dragon form I get a drastically more powered version of what I already picked so Dragon Hide 2 means? I can shrug off a direct hit from naval cannonfire or a guided missile? Also Dragon Hide 2 in human form is probably like a stab vest and a kevlar vest, a .50 cal round is gonna hurt like a motherfucker but at least I can tell a story about it. Slow regen means that I can probably get back the ribs that broke from the impact
