Take the "automatically being an awoken" bit out. It's much better if lucid dreaming is a power, since it fits that format perfectly. If I'm understanding what you mean correctly, at least.

Should elaborate on the "dulling effect".

The second aesthetic effect is supposed to be for mastering, not meistering - aesthetics associated with that can be in the meister power but aren't necessary.

Also, I think it'd fit the feel - both of Conduit in general and of your plane - if instead of purple glow the master has mist wisping around his legs.

Awaken and True Awakening should probably be fused and clarified/elaborated upon.

Predator is weird, it needs clarification at the very least but I think the function and themes clash too much as currently designed.
Infusion needs some text implying why. It's also kinda weird in terms of potency relative to other worlds.

I'm digging the fuck out of Claim. Like other things, it could use more elaboration in the text, but the design is fundamentally solid and a great manifestation of the lucid dream concept. It's a power I'd love to have. Only thing is it's a bit weird that it can't form outposts; I might rework some concepts a bit to allow for that if I was doing it personally.
Also should be "plateaus", plural, not "plateau's", possessive.

Crown is a good power, but the first line is to explicit about setting; note that other worlds don't outright tell you the source of things. Just say that you can elevate someone to nobility, but having pre-existing noble dreamers is fine too. Also specify what those "special powers" are.
Also, "seems" should be "seams". Different word, different meaning.

For the Meister perk… I'm honestly not feeling the concept at all. And these things usually also buff other important powers.

I think the difference between Lucid and Awoken is to small. Fusing them would make things more straightforward and also free up room in the bestiary for some other creatures, native dreamforms or nightmares perhaps.

Other suggestion: Why not something like Dagoth Ur? Since this is the dream realm, most people go there only in dream form. As a conduit, you can go there while awake, so what happens when you sleep and dream there? Putting a dreaming self on Earth (or another world that you're connected to) would be a cool power and would allow you to combine some of what you have without being too light on stuff.

Definitely Mu. Arcadia and (even more so) Mandala are more focused on metaphysics rather than the world itself, as does this new Dreamlands one. Gesmene and the Badlands are closer but have a much more grim/melancholy tone and the powers tend to be less far-reaching, both in terms of being narrower and in that they don't go together with other worlds as easily or obviously (and in a few places are explicitly limited to the world they came from). Malsanis has those limitations coupled with a narrow focus and just being generally shit. Mu would fit right in with Thrallherd's worlds, albeit the narrower and less popular ones more so than something like Rim (which is OP anyway).

That seems like a less relevant and important criteria than much else. I think Gesmene/Badlands are doing the best there though, mostly because of font choice. Their background image doesn't go the whole way though, which would make them a small minority among Thrallherd's stuff, so besides the font I think Mandala is closest.

When what the world focuses on is conceptually not very broad. In this case it's all disease and crazy doctoring. To be fair, Thrallherd's worlds have the same problem sometimes - the sunless sea has been called out on it in particular - but he's spent some time at least adding details. Malsanis doesn't really have that. Mu is limited in the same way, which is why I wrote one after the other like that, but between starlight and octopuses (and each of those relating to mind and flesh) it does enough that it's not really narrower than many of Thrallherd's worlds. Gesmene, Arcadia, and Badlands are a bit more than that, while Mandala draws from a whole subcontinent's worth of myth and as a result is all fucking over the place to the extent that it's a problem in the other direction.

Use on the origin to put human neural tissue into sponges. Make them immortal with Transcendent Form. Put them on Rim so that they can eat much more relative to their speed of aging (and thus growth) and actually myelinate those axons. You now have a giant sea-brain. Hook it to your own with astral light if you want to go full Mu, or take a disk from Bevin's Entangled Systems machine and get a supercomputer, although Spire does that a lot simpler.

One Anon responded with that of course she was behaved, that's why Thrallherd made a World of perfectly obedient elf slaves.

Then Thrallherd posts with some sarcasm about people being mean on the internet, a small life events update to explain his absence, and a vocaroo link of a girl(mate?) saying that she does exist and is why Thrallherd knows how to photoshop at all, then a man(Thrallherd?) saying that she's very well behaved, then telling her to get back under his desk.

Depending on how you look at it, it's either ego shitposting, cringeworthy insecurity, or pointless (but funny) trolling. It's also apparently spawned a 'Thrallherds little sister does anything for candy' joke.
