Water would be the immediate problem. Gumi could have solved that, but damn it, I don't want tentacles up my ass. I would go in search of a river. Shina could try to create a distillation device depending on what is available. If the weather favors us we could collect rainwater. If we acquire water and survive then we'll be in pretty good shape. We'll have medicine, technology, fish to eat, alcohol, basic shelter, basic survival tools, and somebody with foresight who can help us avoid big problems. My job will be a little of everything. I could help Miki create better shelters - perhaps even build a cabin. I could try to collect coconuts or go into the forest in search of edible plants. I could make a primitive bow and arrow and try to score some meat.

When we have survival down then we could investigate that 'unknown' mystery. It sounds like fun. I trust Estelar will warn us if we're approaching serious danger. Afterwards we can settle down and work on alchemy. Shina and I could become alchemists. As alchemists, we should be able to brew up alcohol for Anya. We can sustain our lifestyle by selling potions while we work on inter-dimensional travel. When we have the power to travel between dimensions we'll find that wizard, and possibly learn magic from him. I think this beats wandering the world hoping to catch a clue of him.

Food, water, and shelter taken care of, plus morale, which isn't really as urgent but helps. Healthcare would be nice, but no way am I adding Shina to drug the group at random.
