I'd be tempted with the lightsaber because it would make an insanely good melee weapon what with it carving through zombie flesh like a hot knife through butter, but I'd be concerned about how effectively I could wield it. As I recall it's pointed out repeatedly the main reason in the Star Wars EU the reason non-Force users don't use lightsabers is because there is no weight in the blade so you can't really feel any resistance to tell where it is relative to your body making it easy to hurt yourself with it. You need ESP to make it an effective weapon.

Assuming I can get a version that has my eyeglass prescription I'd with the augmented reality glasses as they're inconspicuous to other survivors and incredibly useful against not just zombies but other survivors. It would be really useful for things like negotiating and general survival.

I'm tempted to pick the dog but the backpack seems like the best option. It allows me to carry as many supplies as I need without having to worry about it weighing me down, and the food preservation is just icing on the cake.

Definitely the laptop/tablet. Knowledge is power. Need to learn how to perform an emergency amputation? It's on the internet. Need to learn how to build guns from scrap? It's on the internet. Need to learn how to grow crops with minimal resources? It's on the internet. Need to learn real military combat tactics? It's on the internet. Need to learn how to make biodiesel? It's ON the fucking internet!

It's also the only option that allows for a realistic method for rebuilding modern civilization should zeds be eliminated. All the really complicated shit like how to build refineries and nuclear power plants, how to program supercomputers, how quantum physics and rocketry works, the complete text of laws of society, etc. is also on the internet in its entirety. It also preserves all of cultural artifacts. Every book ever written, every song ever composed, all the porn ever filmed.

Glasses would be the most useful in most situations, so I'd pick that.
