I'm pretty bad sighted, so I wanted to share this. The blue background of the CYOA hides a few words that mold with the background, usually hidden to the side or in places you're not supposed to be paying attention

Pyramid shares the same image as the "Harbinger" difficulty. Its likely you're mistaking a Battleship with a space-station. This makes the encounter seem juuuuust a little easier, doesn't it?

Once I'm done with my missions(And thus gotten a smaaaall amount of friendship with the Talons, and some with Beatrice R&D, so they won't sharpshoot for me due to Space Cowboy), I'll go back to Blackhawk and join missions with them on ground or air missions or somewhere I have friends nearby so the Nemesis doesn't catch me by surprise.

I'm actually starting to wonder if The Leader can actually infiltrate me if most of my crew is the Androids, other crew members being mainly specialists(Medics, Engineers, Ace Pilots, and named crewmembers). If they can then, well, not sure how the security crew members will handle that.

I expect being on the lower part of the map will increase Fire Legion attacks, but decrease Federation attacks form The Demigod title. Even if it doesn't, I've taken a extra gunner just in case mine gets stolen, because hey oh well.

On a rating of 1 to 10 points how good is my build?

the stardust cyoa needs character creation with best inspired ideas from other lewd and body customization cyoa. derelict station does a cool job with some upgradey feels, but no self customization or lewd.

this is how I think the story would go if I were to explain the evens in all the CYOA in order.

these would happen first together like this:

Basically:

dlc of jobs from the stardust cyoa (green one) would happen first, then you would wake up in the derelict space station as your first real mission thing that happens by accident, and to get out and get your money and rewards someone gifted you, you need to escape or resolve the situation or something and then it goes into the rest of the cyoa.

there is no expiration date on your money or rewards or anything, you realize that you don't rememeber how you got there but remember everything else and realize that the station is part of the thing you're experiencing and the people giving you the money reward are the same ones who put you in the station. you just wake up and read the information data they leave behind for you and realize that you're basically in an engineered maze game now of sorts, and getting out means you win and then get to go on to complete the events that take place in the rest of the startdust CYOA and other related ones.

stardust CYOA needs to have bigger text because it gives me a huge headache. alot of the images are very nice but are reduced down to tiny pictures that don't do their beauty justice. I wouldn't mind the cyoa being triple or octoople bazoople the amount of pages it is now if the text was bigger with better images that aren't shrunk down. (there's even a version that's larger, I don't know why the nice and easy to read clear style was downgraded…) it's better to post 20+ images of a great cyoa then 5 severely reduced quality images. turns down the enjoyment factor alot.

I know that combining these into one TURBO cyoa would benefit the cyoa community. maybe they can just be posted together in one thread, or they can be made more modular so that all the different character creations sections fit together, or are just introduced in different stages depending on how far you are. I notice wonderful potential here. to make it easy, there doesn't need to be that big of an emphasis on point systems. that will drive most people crazy to even think of balancing. maybe it's better to just let everyone's imaginations run wild so everyone can just choose whatever setup and story they want

My god, my head still hurts. One big, tanky ship + 5 smoll fighter ships. The small ships all have AoE buff mods, and they can all mine a shitton, so money won't be issue, and the boosts should be enough to turn the tide of most battles. Their missiles can be shot down, sure, but good luck shooting down all of them when I have flying from all directions. They're solar powered only tho, so I'd probably keep the ships inside my bigger ship until it's time to battle. Invisibility mod on the big one for the surprise strats, "oh shit only 5 expensive fighters this will be some easy cash". Good pilots(fuck archetypes lmao) for all of them of course, and a good co-pilot to help me.

Also, the big deal with the main ship is that the AI is sentient and has to be reasoned with, but I'm mind linked to the ship, and my other drawback would get the person I saved also mindlinked to the ship. The person would probably always side with me, so I'm at 2 against 1 with the AI, so she can probably get fucked but I'll try to be friends still anyways(Winston seems chill enough anyways)
