Mien -I'll start with Wise Mien for free, and I'm going to take Extra Mien (-1)and then Mesmerizing Mien (-3). The look I'm going for is a human face embedded in the 'torso' below the snake neck, so when rearing up you get to see a conventionally beautiful human face, the kind you'd put on renaissance statue of an arch-angel. For added points when talking I want both the snake mouth and the human mouth to move.

So I gain a Tail subtype for free, so first I'm getting Extra Tail, then Weaving and Coiling tails. I get the bonus for being able to support my full weight by coiling on what bits of grand architecture and environments can support me.

So my final build is

I can go toe to toe with a god but I didn't break that cap.
So with this I now have such an astounding aura I can weaponize it and bring enemies to heel just by the strength of soul. On the topic of souls I can use magic to strike people from the very cycle of life with Pneumaphagy of course that wont be used very lightly. Which works with my over-awe build so far. Playing the role as a bizarre take on the world serpent I'm of course going to have to go on to Twilight of the Gods. Using the miens I hope to be able to cow the general populous and armies away from deities, the fights with them and not the humans. The big goal is going to be toppling the gods and freeing the Monster Mother, hopefully being able to strike in an equilibrium where humanity and monsters can live alongside one another again one the tyrants are dead. The fist order of business would be to awaken the other Gargantuans, ge us all on the same page for our little Titanomachy, of course hoping that we wind up winning and in the process no sundering the world back into eternal chaos, which while the new monster body may be from, I'm not foolish enough to want to tip the entire world into.
