While the pavlovian dosage does seem a little slow it's the most risk free option I can see there. As I mentioned above the hypnotism transformation is pretty much gamebreakingly OP, once you've bought level 3 every other transformation is something you can implement with a click of your fingers (or whatever her trigger is). If OP is the author then that's something to consider for V2.0 (if that's planned) although, given the low number of points I do appreciate being given an easily re-programmable omni-fantasy.
