I'm going to go ahead and call it finished here.
To be perfectly honest I consider this a failed project.
The crypt keeper/dungeon master/lord choice just doesn't mean enough.
Lord tells you you get to control the infrastructure of a dungeon world but it's just a larger dungeon, there's nothing about food production, trade routes and entrance portals there.
So immediately, the main hook of the mechanics has failed.
I don't know about how much you're able to put a personalized touch to your builds, I fear the choices are too similar for that. I can't judge that for myself, I need people to try it and tell me if they felt like they were able to make something they could consider their own.
Worldbuilding was never supposed to be a main draw, it's just a generic dungeon world as framing device for the choices so it doesn't make up for the failings either.
