Well, my plan is to A) Stop the Roman Roleplay and call herself Holy German Empire proper.
B) Try to fan German Nationalism a couple thousand years early, this might cause the Lombards to not latinize that much.
C) Convince her to still do massive internal development, as that was something that helped her successor Reich.
D) Remove all Karlings and either go with the Salians(And make sure that a certain redbearded one learns to swim very well) or some noble in the province of Zollern, someone from the Alps, or someone from the western north.
E) Make sure to give everyone mandatory lessons in the german language.
