So now that even normalfags and mainstream media realises the power of memes and internet culture in general, how does this affect cyber warfare ? Cyber warfare has changed a lot through the years, from simple raids to spreading malware, doxxing, everything.

Also, asking for a friend, with today's chan culture, how would one go about erasing an imageboard like cuckchan AND stop the users from coming here ? Hypothetically of course

Change happens little by little. Sometimes, things change abruptly and it usually involves dead bodies, riots, wars and/or political instability. The world is changed by everybody on the fucking planet, some have more impact than others. You'll always be able to steer development ever so slightly.
