What are some good sources for adversarial technology DIY? I want to mess with the image recognition mostly.

I guess that depends on your definition, but I don't know of a site that specifically keeps to that stuff.

If I were going to build stuff to be a pain in the ass, there are some options.

First, if you want to fuck with cameras, you need to build an IR hat. It's a dead simple and cheap project so I'd probably start there.

Then, I guess there are some USB keys. One is just a bunch of capacitors set to charge all the way then dump that current back through the laptop. That's a simple project.

Maybe, while doing USB keys, I'd do an ATTiny85 Rubber Ducky. Why not?

Once you break into Arduino programming, you may as well make an ESP8266 WiFi Deauth keychain.

I can't name a single page for those kinds of projects, but they're out there.

Keep up with state of the art attacks and Read papers. This can't be stated enough. Once you understand the content of the paper look at the researchers' code. For tinkering there are a lot of good ML libraries to get you started, including complete adversarial attacks. PDF related is one of the more interesting recent ones.
