Only twice, and only a tiny drop.

Once had no relation to anal it had been months since the last time, and the blood came after a really hard, thick turd and the other was because I somehow ended up with a rough edge on my enema tube, which ended up catching the skin once.

The only time I've bled a few drops from actual anal (and I didn't count it above since it was fine by the next time I wiped) was because I lost my balance while the toy's tip was inside and the whole thing got shoved inside before I was warmed up. I stopped trying to toy cowgirl after that.

Unless you fuck up like I did, then with normal-sized insertions, and sufficient lube and warmup there's no need to ever see blood.
