Grindr is probably your best bet for that. Whatever expectations you have for it though, lower them to the point where they no longer exist because if you have any at all going into it, you're going to be disappointed. The design is horrible and the overwhelming majority of the people you'll meet there are more than likely not what you're looking for, but if you look hard and don't give up, you'll find a decent person there. I've been there almost half a year now and have come across a handful of guys who I met up and had a nice time with, although circumstances prevented anything longer term with them until recently when I found a guy somewhat nearby who seems interested in being a FWB with me so that's nice.
