Once I move out and live on my own, I hope to try out a nudist lifestyle indoors only of course. Not only is it beneficial for your skin but just the idea of walking around your own home naked and doing your usual normal things has always been a fantasy of mine. Has anyone else thought of this or has tried? I'm interested in hearing your thoughts and story.

I'm not OP, but generally most sane families with multiple children in the home have them wear clothing at all times past toddler age. It's just a normal part of Western world culture. I've never encountered a family that did it otherwise(unless you count white trash boys who walk around the house in nothing but boxers all day). It's one of the reasons nudity is considered so erotic. For me personally, I'm so used to wearing clothing that I can't get anything done without putting on shoes and everything else. It gives me a sense of confidence even when no one else is around.

I live in an apartment with roommates, but I have the master suite (bedroom with attached bathroom), and I'm kinda a shut-in. Most days if I don't have work or errands, the door stays closed and I don't leave except to get something to eat. Since I sleep in the nude, most of the time when I get up and get on the computer, I won't actually get dressed for a while — sometimes hours. When I get home from work late, I'll shower and then again not get dressed for a while, sometimes not at all until going to bed. For me, it's not a sexual thing, it's just very comfortable being nude. I get home and I want to just take off all my clothes in the exact same way most people really want to take their shoes off.
Though, I'll admit, when I'm sitting around naked, it usually ends up with my hands on my dick. Can't resist; I really love dicks, especially my own. If there's one to be touched, you bet your ass I'll be touching it.

There's very little difference between how comfortable you'd be wearing shorts and a t-shirt, and how comfortable you'll be when nude, especially if there isn't much air flow. Maybe it's a regional thing but nudity isn't that big of a deal where I'm from. In cadets people would walk around the showers naked and sit around in their underwear in the blocks. Someone joked that everyone had to be at least a little gay to hang out all summer with a bunch of half naked strangers. I'm also nude around the house most of the time too and never really thought it was weird.

When I had my own place for a few years I did it a lot, but I'm in a temporary roommate kind of situation at the moment, so rip. I will say this: when it is hot outside, maybe put a shirt on at least. When you're always naked, you sweat a lot, and the sweat isn't absorbed by your clothes at all, it just sits on you. Keeps you cool, but it's pretty gross feeling haha
