The comments in here are predictably misinformed.
Truth is, it's *relatively* low-risk. AIDS from giving oral is especially unlikely. It's possible if you have an open wound - e.g. don't give head if you've got ulcers, a throat infection, recently brushed your teeth, or flossed. If you're especially worried, don't take pre-cum or cum in your mouth.
The main risk giving oral is herpes, which is actually harmless, stigma aside. Beyond that, there's some risk of gonorrhoea, syphilis, and chlamydia.
