Then the idiots in charge of things decided to put all their eggs into one basket over a "cure", for thirty goddamn years, instead of focusing on preventative measures or treatments that lowered incidence of passing the virus.
Now we have better education (at least in some states) about protection, better tests (can get you results in five minutes instead of waiting weeks for it to come in the mail), medications that lower chance of getting HIV, treatments that reduce viral loads to a point where transmitting it becomes vanishingly unlikely. Isn't that better solutions than yours, which is to blame the victims of a society that wanted them to die because of how they were born, and tell them to NOT HAVE SEX EVER…?

I'm not sure if you realize this, but getting HIV is actually pretty hard. It requires blood-blood or semen-blood contact in most cases. Getting tested for HIV is pretty easy. You don't just 'get unlucky' and get AIDS. Again, the cases you listed exist and are tragic but are not the norm.
