I'd take anything that guy has to say with a grain of salt. His stories all have an air of exaggeration and I can't blame him, his way of making a living is by putting out as many cartoons as possible and getting people hooked enough that they'll watch for 5-10 minutes, and then move on to his next video to hear more crazy stories, all to rake in that sweet youtube dosh. It's really common in the Youtube story-telling community, so it's not like he's solely guilty of it.

So at least one of them (as of time of that article being published) is completely fake, and he makes sure to mention percentages which leads me to believe that plenty of his other videos have different types of accuracy, 40% fake, 60% fake, 80% fake, etc. I'm guessing he added that just to cover his ass if he's ever outed for embellishing other stories.
He's also a filthy communist that wants to take away the American people's right to bear arms, compared guns to cats to try and make an argument against said guns, and worse of all expressed these opinions on his youtube channel instead of on a personal media account.
