Bart-Toons is just your typical Loud House/Cartoon fan with high levels of autism. He gets off to seeing Lincoln make out with his sisters and other girls, making stupid memes and collages and request other people draw pictures of Lincoln and his sisters engaging in incest. He also hates Japan, I mean really hates Japan, especially anime and makes up the dumbest reasons for hating it.
