It's based on your history. Unless you click the trending tab or have absolutely no history trending videos won't appear. If you delete your history and cache they still have the data from your IP and will use that to figure out your recommendations. You can test this on a fresh browser and a fresh account. It will recommend things from your main account which you have no way of having the data from due to it being on a different browser entirely.

So why are you watching live birth and breast feeding videos OP?
