But instead his evaluation has some absolutely terrifying conclusions about his mental health that boil down to the highly technical conclusion, "bugfuck insane corprophilic paedophile, does not play well with others".

4. He was kicked out of his mother's house for both his physical attacks on his mother and because his family suspected him of sexually abusing a child that he had full access to.

5. There is a Youtube clip that Nick himself filmed with the child who he is charged with sexually assaulting. Shows highly inappropriate interactions with the child that fit the textbook definition of grooming for future sexual abuse.

So, from this we can draw several conclusions:

1. He is violent.

2. He is an unrepentant paedophile.

3. He is severely mentally disturbed.

4. His own family had such strong suspicions that he was molesting a child that he was kicked out of home and isolated in subsidised accommodation that included severely limiting his access to the internet, and was only visited by the aunt who owned the apartment.

5. At the time the Youtube video was taken, he was either already molesting the child or was intensely grooming her to do so very soon.

I don't know where the psych evaluation copy was obtained- it was floating around long before I'd ever even heard of Nick- but given that he has an incredibly long and highly detailed history of over sharing, I'm in no personal doubt that he himself put it out there with no real concept of the future ramifications. He even posted a copy of the forms he was sent re: the molestation investigation on his Twitter, so… yeah.

Can't speak for the US, I can say from personal experience that it's rare for people with personality disorders and/or mental illness to be institutionalised on the grounds that they *may* be a future threat to a third party. Due to the emphasis on rights of the individual and the perpetually limited resources devoted to mental health, people who are dangerous usually have to prove that they are dangerous by actually attacking someone. From what I've read an watched, the US and the UK have much the same kind of system. Since his family chose not to report their suspicions that he'd molested the child, and to actively cover up Nick's crimes by isolating him and strictly limiting his contact with the outside world, he ended up flying completely under the radar. If Nick hadn't been a recluse by both choice and circumstance, presumably he'd have quickly racked up a sizable rap sheet and would have ended up meeting Bubba long before now.

And yes, I'd beg on my knees to a copy of any evaluation done on Rika as well. Unfortunately, I think that it'd have to take something really spectacular for him to institutionalised and properly treated.

Like I said, I've had an evaluation performed upon me, and the one attributed to Icky Nicky reads very like mine in terms of formatting, areas focused on, the reporting of the various forms of IQ, final personality evaluations and diagnosis etc. (Although mercifully, mine reads very different in both details, history and conclusions.) Say someone wanted to fake a document like this. They'd have to have a decent familiarity as to the formatting, and the personality disorders attributed to him. They would have had to be incredibly familiar with any and all chat logs, posts, you name it in order to build up a substantiated background both in his personal history and his apparent mental functioning. They'd even have to know how the various forms of IQ are classified in order to accurately depict his presumed level of functioning.

While it's entirely possible that the assessment is fake and has been done by someone with too much time on their hands and a basic working knowledge of how the testing is performed, I personally think that it's more likely to be real than not. I know that my own assessment in no way makes me anything more than slightly knowledgeable than the next person and that mine was performed in a different hemisphere to boot, but the sheer amount of work involved in putting this together accurately and believably really argues that it's genuine. If there were anything there that wasn't done properly I've no doubt that some dedicated anon would have torn the document apart years ago. So, yeah. Obviously the only person who can confirm without a certainty that the document is genuine is the person who wrote it. But there's a quote that kicks around from time to time, that runs along the line of saying, "Evidence of sharing a bed does not necessarily mean sexual activity, but it does make for a convincing argument". Likewise, a professionally written and highly detailed document written about a highly disturbed man with a long public history of spectacularly inappropriate behaviour, which somehow manages to be both highly convincing and faithful to just about every aspect of that behaviour, is more likely to be true than not.

Even a lawyer or judge would need a court order, and they'd need to prove that the case was relevant to an active legal case in order to get an order to unseal the record.
