I'm quite familiar with these people. In my line of work, I spend a lot of time going over clinical trials and articles. And it's easier for people in my profession and doctors and such to analyze studies and nitpick them for every little flaw they possibly can. Some noob medschool student may go about trying to find any little flaws he can as a way to say a study isn't "good enough" but it's simply not like that in the real world. You work with the data you have.
