Only real issue is whether or not JF fucked a retarded girl and if its even legal. The court says she couldn't consent, but JF didn't get in trouble prior to that.
Also I don't think its simply her being autistic. Autistic people can consent, but there are some who are low functioning who can't, and this was one of them.
