She was so fearful of Alex that she kept her phone on her at all times so that she could call Keith if she was afraid. The other incident was Jahans stealing something from Becky. I can only assume it was her barbie dolls that he has stripped and positioned in clear view in his room, but it could be something else entirely. He feels bad that he scared Becky, but annoyed that she is sympathetic to Keith and not him.

The sad truth is that Jahans will never reach even close to that. He is forever condemned to live in this delusional state where nothing is real except the madness in his mind. Just like CWC he'll fall further and further into his illness without even realizing it… All he'll believe is that his luck is getting worse. The reality is that he's deteriorating. No amount of therapy can change that… In order to make any progress in a mind like his there needs to be a will to change. Instead of facing reality, Jahans will continue to delve deeper and deeper into this universe of his.
It's hard to concept perhaps but I believe that he sees his own delusional reality just as we see the clouds in the sky or feel the wind on our faces. This isn't just supreme Autism. This truly is a different creature altogether.
