Try to build independence, and take charge of your life. Eat more protein (possibly good fats too!) and try to exercise. I was undernourished as a young guy, and it obviously didn't help me. Tell your parents you want to cook, and cook lots of meats when you can. Unless they're complete cancer they won't disagree with this. Sleep better, hang out with people that make you better.
