It happens but it's rare. Also I think whatever success stories do occur necessarily aren't made public since seeking the spotlight is a big part of what made them a cow to begin with.

I don't recall hearing of a lolcow that ever found the "right path". Some may get a clue and disappear from the net but that may just be a case where they just decide to be less public about their antics online. Unless there's a sperg from KF that monitor someone 24/7, there's no real way to know for sure what or how they are doing. Take Robert for example, a shit-fligging drug addict tranny fucking elderly men. He's been far less on IRC than the early days but that doesn't say much on whatever you could define about being better overall. Aside from dickposting from a church and just bragging about his shitty photoshop photography here and there, i don't think I heard from him in a few years.

This. The actual good cows with happy endings are the ones you typically don't hear anything from in the end or find out they cleaned themselves up instead of further digging a hole. I've dealt with people who ended up being cows that were posted on here and had trolls unsuccessfully following me like I was a cow as a result and it's all about how you respond to the shit that determines whether or not you get julay'd. A lot of the cow material comes from TMI and a lack of self awareness, the biggest moments are when they do it to themselves and don't need weens or trolls to initiate it.

But yeah take A-Log for example. Realistically, "redemption" for him would probably be not being julayed anymore and having some sort of normie job that allows him to indulge in his autistic hobbies on the side without drawing too much attention to himself. He's succeeded in the former and most wouldn't care enough to find out if he succeeded or not in the latter .
