I watched Akira and Cowboy Bebop and they are still masterpieces even today. I've looked up the best cartoons on Wikipedia and got nothing but stuff from the 90s or European stuff.

If the Lion King is considered to be the best American cartoon movie of all time according to Wikipedia then that is pretty sad because the Lion King is nothing more than a kid's film ripping off Kimba and Hamlet.

From an animation stand point it holds up pretty well, but like Korra it is overrated fluff. In fact the “artist” who “drew” those images is a DA user pretending to be SB99 who has been posting for 2 fucking years (I’m not kidding), and is still posting traced artwork today.
