Here's one, Jameel Rawls, a "Targeted Individual" in Norton Shores, Muskegon County, Michigan who believed that he had defeated gang s talking (some ween put in a word filter for that term), but who got arrested last summer, ironically enough, for trolling a local girl. He was found guilty in March and was sentenced to 6 months in Muskegon Correctional Facility in April (though he was held there for a month before sentencing for "reasons", so I guess the full sentence is 7 months).

He is most likely quarantined from Gen Pop so it's unlikely. If his personal hygiene is as bad as it was prior to prison even the fellow chomos wouldn't bother with him.

No. Even though that does (rarely) happen, groups like the Comics Defense League raise up enough of a stink about it that the courts generally decide not to pursue it.

The most common time "obscenity laws" are used to punish people for 2D loli is usually as an additional charge if they're already found out you have CP.

There's also a case where a court stopped a guy from drawing lolis in prison.
