Jerry's got a large amount of USI; he now compares himself to Jim Sterling and has claimed a few times now he's the "Hillary Clinton of the brony community", comparing the supposed "manufactured scandals" she had in her campaign to the criticism and hate he's received in the past two years since the /cow/ threads started. Add to that a hilarious lack of self awareness and you've got someone who is going to get his shit kicked in and blame it on everyone else DSP style.

He's referring to the fact that Godwin commented on Twitter that it's okay to compare the Liberal Democrats of Australia (a right-wing party) to Hitler and the Nazis because Godwin himself is a left-winger and thinks their immigration policies are intrinsically racist and ethno-nationalist.

Really, though, Godwin's Law isn't supposed to be interpreted as a debate fallacy where making a comparison to Hitler or the Nazis meant you "lost" the argument. It's a cynical, geeky observation that if a political argument lasts long enough somebody for some reason will eventually bring up Hitler and/or Nazi Germany. It doesn't mean it'll be an inaccurate or unmerited statement; just that it's bound to come up sooner or later.
