There's definitely that element but I also think that by living in a poor Asian country he can make himself feel superior to the local populace by compariosn. He's aspiring to make $2000 per month (i.e $24,000 per year) via donations. After many shenanigans and autism tales on Blockland he joined the CWCki Forums (known today as foxdick Farms) and became friend with the admin Champtron. Because Champ couldn't afford to keep the site running Null became the owner of the place. Because CWC was becoming more and more boring and the place was dropping in activity Null had the idea to expand the site to cover more lolcows, Champtron warned him that this is a horrible idea because in the long run the site will turn into a autistic witch hunt but Null didn't care. The site was rebranded as foxdick Farms and exploded in popularity thanks to the Deagle Nation saga, but that's another story.

The Farms quickly got the reputation it has today. Null had many plans to further expand his `empire` (lol) so he approached Hotwheels, former admin of 8chan, and somehow managed to convince him that he is the man that will take his imageboard site to the next level. He convinced Hotwheels that a complete rewrite of the imageboard software 8chan is using is necessary, and thus the Infinity Next saga started. Null started a fundraiser on both the Farms and 8chan so he could work full time on Infinity Next, he managed to collect 13K. He worked on Next for almost a year and all he could deliver was a broken pile of shit. Instead of getting his shit together he ran away with the money and left Hotwheels alone.

And about a year ago someone on the Farms created a thread about Vordrak, you all know the rest.
