It isn't inherently bad, but Kokesh limited the time she could use her phone to twenty minutes daily, obligated her to have sex with him at least three times a week and other shenanigans. He even said he will punish her "appropriately" for violations of the contract. Which is completely undefined and reduces the contract to "do what I say". That's is one of the reasons why I see it as invalid. You simply cannot agree to something when you don't even have a general idea of what it is. It's like signing a contract when you're drunk: You don't know what you're doing, and so it's invalid. Only difference is that here, the problem is in the contract itself; you just cannot know what you're doing.
