I'm fucking illiterate when it comes to anything tech so I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong. That being said -

I think I found something relevant regarding the Q-Clock. It looks like its based on the Modal Circle of 5th's/Chromatic Scale - my notes:

Notice [CDE[F] in q2327 (RED OCTOBER) and q2301 RED OCTOBER "Stay Tuned and Watch" (Tuned = pitch/frequency/music, Watch = Clock)

[CDE[F] is 1, 2, 3, 4 in the Circle of Fifths and the Chromatic Scale.

Chromatic Scale resembles 'deceptive cadence', (Phrygian and Ionian switch i.e. mirror) 'Prophetiae Sibyllarum' "most analyzed piece of Renaissance music". Phrygian mother goddess = Cybele (ancient mystery cult). Phrygian Cap on seal of US Senate

Triad Music Wheel Pic = Sea (C) to (tonic) Shining Sea (C) and Red October (Octave/Sub-Dominant)

C-E-G on top C >> see NBC Chimes (440hz) = G-E-C (light to dark)
