The first important process of QTeam is to influence public opinion aka 'The Great Awakening' through selected intel drops that migrate to social media. The C_A and others were forcing public opinion through the journalist 4 AM 'dropbox' which was driving opinion. That media machine had to be stopped.
The second goal of QTeam is likely effective measuring public opinion in 'real-time' through monitoring responses of Anons on the boards. QAnon has become an excellent way to measure responses and refine strategy and gauge response to prepare future drops.
Through the use of high-speed supercomputers located at Ft Meade. The Cray X2 'Black Widow' is likely running Political Forecast software developed by Professor Bruce Bueno de Mesquita political scientist, at New York University, and senior fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution. The Cray X2 is fed information in real-time from telephone and electronic means in real-time to 'forecast' political events and potential outcomes of various moves and strategies. This is one of the 'Black Eye' mentioned by Q. This is also how QTeam maintains 'control' and how and why the DS is failing and allowing DJT so much 'winning'
