Remind me again, why did he want to kill Anna ? I don't get it

Wasn't his plan to inherit the kingdom by marrying her ? Why did he need to kill her, he was eventually going to fulfill his wish

Was it because he wanted all the power for himself ? He'd be KING for God's sake, he'd already have all the power he needs

Let's pretend for a moment that he does kill Anna and becomes sole regent of Arendelle, now what ?

He'll eventually have to satisfy his urges and provide a heir, how does he plan on doing this if he kills the cutest and most adorable girl of the country ???

He'll have to chose someone else to marry, and he'd be back to square one

Not one part of his plan makes sense

actually, no. He'd be the royal consort unless elevated to the status of king by the queen. By killing Anna post-marriage, he becomes the closest thing to a legitimate heir

>He'll eventually have to satisfy his urges and provide a heir, how does he plan on doing this if he kills the cutest and most adorable girl of the country ???

>He'll have to chose someone else to marry, and he'd be back to square one

if he's already king, he can pick anyone. If he's royal consort, he can't

besides, he probably already has a bitch back home

Arendelle is canon a matriarchy and the queen is allowed to have as many husbands as she wanted.

It was bad writing and nothing more. They were just forcing Hans as a villain since they rewrote the plot to make Anna an antihero instead of the villain she was during development.

Frozen didn't need an outright villain. Hans can keep his backstory and trying to marry into Arendelle but lose the "maahaha ima tak yur kindom" since his plan shouldn't work like it's supposed to since he's not royalty by blood, didn't actually marry Anna, is a foreigner, and had no authentication or other evidence that would legitimatize his rule. Anyone who's not a child or abnormal should be able to see Hans pulled a coup.

There was nothing stopping Hans from just walking off to kill Elsa after kissing Anna (no Bond villain routine) and comforting her in her grief. Anna's hardly one who'd be domineering as queen so Hans would be a hero who and effective supreme master of Arendelle.

>Wasn't his plan to inherit the kingdom by marrying her ? Why did he need to kill her, he was eventually going to fulfill his wish

Maybe he prefers Elsa more ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

I mean Hans should've really waited until after he married Anna to try and kill her since that makes sense a lot more.

>Was it because he wanted all the power for himself ? He'd be KING for God's sake, he'd already have all the power he needs

The King doesn't have all the power in a kingdom you know, not all his vassals would accept him whole-heartedly and during Elsa's coronation there was a council(?) or some sorts that held the kingdom together until both Princesses are fit of age to rule. But Yeah, he should've really waited until after the wedding ceremony for the (attempted) murder.

>He'll eventually have to satisfy his urges and provide a heir, how does he plan on doing this if he kills the cutest and most adorable girl of the country ???

There's always Elsa ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

The movie would've been better if they just focused on the drama between the two sisters.

More or less all the problems with Hans' character and really Frozen 1's plot root in how they rewrote his character to be a villain since they turned Elsa into an antihero while doing Let It Go.

>>1070861

Even accepting that Hans has to be a villain. He would've won if he just left Anna there in the room without the dastardly speech. She wouldn't have been running out after him/Elsa and so he could just kill her.

I do not give a shit about reddit spacing. I've seen people mention this utter nonsense when they wanted to discredit other people's posts; not based on the content of actual posts; rather because of the way they were written.

I know your post is old, so maybe you won't even read this, but if you do, please, refrain from posting this shit about redding spacing further. It's just utter nonsense. Sorry for saying the obvious. Being intelligent is hard.

Because Anna is literally a whiny little tits wanted to save her sister and she's the one that started the whole mess.

>wakes up Elsa to play snow over bed time

>make Elsa "accidentally" shot her dumb head

>Elsa was in isolation because of Anna's shit

>Parent's dead because their worries on Elsa's condition is overbearing because of Anna shite

>Let me marries the man whom I just met and why you don't agree with me!

>freaks Elsa out

>Even forces her way to meet Elsa while kingdom is basically left vacant to Hans, a stranger

>Another dumb move by Anna on forcing Kristoff to find Elsa despite wolves are active at night

>Strike again by Elsa's power to her heart because duh she's too dumb to read the situation

>angers the huge snow guard, putting everyone to risks by throwing a fucking snowball

Hans has every right to kill Anna. Fuck that character.

>The shooting was an accident

>Anna gets her memory erased

>She tries to make contact with her sister and support her any way she can

>Coronation comes, time to be happy.

>"if you don't like it, then leave"

>Tries to get the queen back to her chair

>tries to stop the snow storm that is killing the kingdom

Yeah, she is not that bad. Just an idiot. But if you think about, everyone is an idiot in that movie.

>We erase the memory of our daughter

>We put more stress in our over powerful daughter

>It is not working so let's keep doing it!

> Kings are death, princesess can't rule because one is too young and the other has been in her room all this time and didn't learn shit abou ruling

Who the fuck is ruling the kingdom? And when Anna left to rescue her sister, why couldn't he or she be in charge again at least for a while?

Hans go and rescue the real queen, why?

Kill her and be a hero, if he was going to lie then he could lie there too. "Your sister lost control and died "

And if he was afraid Anna was dead, then he could lie there too, the last lie was like that, "The princess is dead, but we got married before that happened, with no witnesses, no priest and no judges, not even a ship captain". And everyone there actually believed it, and they were okay with it.

Everyone there was an idiot, the movie made no sense. If you think about it, Anna implied in one of her songs that she was isolated in the castle as well. And she didn't make any friends. Why? Why didn't she just go to school or something'? Was her parents idea?

It is just too stupid in a lot of ways.

I wish they went with a morally grey Hans, like he was trying to do the right thing even if that means to kill Elsa. But western movies really hate any kind of ambiguity.

Joke about copypasted 3d models all over the movie.

>how did Olaf knew whatever happened to both Anna and Elsa when they're still a child?

His magical core snowflake, the one that draws all the other ones together to form his corporeal body, was actually a frozen drop of piss from one of Elsa's diaper changes when she was 13 months old.
