If he genuinely cared about Dunn’s feelings then he would’ve just called again, a faster and more reliable way to get a response generally. The other Dunn also notably keeps a neutral response to his texts, stating he doesn’t want to make any statements that might lead to something else

Waid states that Meyer distributed a list of all employees names, meaning cashiers and stuff, in the deposition, however the evidence you’re posting clearly shows just the owners and those involved in the collusion to not publish his book. And before you say so, it is not collusion to collectively decide not to publish something however it IS collusion to decide not only to not publish something but also to slander or threaten to slander those who choose to publish said something.
Unless Waid has evidence of Meyer himself distributing dox of other employees then he has an uphill battle. If you have such evidence, then send it to Waid’s lawyer
