Yeah, it's really fucking annoying. At the very least, I console myself with the fact that Jason Momoa is actually a cool as fuck dude unlike the hapa Jewfag they picked for Flash. When it comes to browning Arthur, DC could've done a hell of a lot worse than Aquabro.
That being said, most of the blame for shitty actor choices really should be aimed at Zack Snyder, seeing as he is the one who picked them. Wonder Kike, Crooked Toenails Flash, Fatman Batman and whoever the no-name nigger that they picked for Cyborg was (although, he wasn't honestly half-bad). The only good casting choice Snyder ever made for DC was Henry Cavill as Superman and even then they completely wasted him.

It's bad enough that they screwed over Hawkman (not once, not twice, but THREE FUCKING TIMES) but they also completely destroyed Hawkgirl/Hawkwoman's characterization by turning her into basically the same angry harpy that Wonder Woman's character was, except instead of lusting for Bat-Cock, she was obsessed with John Stewart's BBC (who himself was also a far cry from his comic version). Which makes sense, because 90% of Shayera's characterization depends on her dynamic with Katar, so as soon as you tear the two away from each other, the characters suffer.
