After watching the whole episode, the only way to describe it is the lowest budget crossover special ever.
Multiple characters voiced by their original VAs, The Strike villain/I Am Weasel voiced by Micheal Dorn, and Tara Strong for Raven/IIana (Sym Bionic-Titan). No wonder why basically all the cameos were background frozen characters, posters and graffiti, save animation money and hiring more VA's.

This is what so weird about this, the team behind this series must have grown up watching CN in the 90's (they already did that Captain Planet crossover special) so they have some sort of passion for CN past series and yet they seem to get fucked over by their lack of budget CN provides them. A special like this could have been a epic hour long (2 x 22 minute two part special) or even just a 22 minute episode and yet they had to cram it into a 11 minute episode.
