1 Corinthians 8:4-7
yes it's fine so long as you are not causing others to stumble
I'm not sure about OPs question though, I'm leaning towards yes it's okay, I'm think Paul still built tents for sinners and the apostles still sold their food to sinners (not 100% sure but never see anyone in the bible refusing their services to sinners)
Paul does encourage slaves to obey their masters, and servants to obey their bosses including their non-Christian ones
So I don't know if things like refusing pews for pro gay churches or refusing to bake gay wedding cakes is something the bible demands for us.
We should oppose gay marriage, and proclaim that homosexuality is a sin, but I don't know if Paul ever said "hey if I built a tent for this guy, will he use it to hire prostitutes or sell idols" - I don't know if that kind of thinking is required and if you are working for someone else, it may be disobeying God's commandment to obey your bosses and masters and be a good servant
