God made Pharoah a reprobate. Pharoah knew the power and glory of God and God gave him many chances to accept His glory via his punishments and plagues but he rejected it over and over again. So He hardened his heart.

Even God has a line. So, please accept Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Exodus 10:27 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he would not let them go.
