As far as races being different, that's obviously true. It doesn't mean that they aren't able to be saved, just that they are members of a group that is consistently different from the others.

No more specific tribal covenants and circumcisions and so on. The idea that "equality in judgement" (aka justice), is equality of identity can't be true. If we were truly identical in this way, by the same argument, we would all receive the same judgement. Everyone goes to hell, or everyone goes to heaven. I don't think your interpretation of the passage is correct. In this part of Galatians, the focus is on the Law and the dissolving of the covenant of Abraham. Although you are correct the Bible says nothing about the incompatibility of the races, it also says nothing about the compatibility of them. That passage is specifically talking about equality under law.
