As Christians we are not allowed to kill anyone, not even anyone who is trying to kill us; we aren't allowed to hate let alone kill. But what if God undeniably appeared to me and commanded me to kill someone like how he appeared to Abraham and commanded him to sacrifice Isaac or how he commanded the Israelite to kill. Should we disregarded the old testament and the god in it?

Most likely this wouldn't be God talking to you. And yes, the Old Testament God is the same God–don't you understand that the entirety of the Old Testament is a proof for Jesus being the Messiah? The Messianic prophesies were completely fulfilled by Jesus. Also, Jesus will, in the last days, kill the Antichrist.

If he did then you should obey of course, God is perfect and can not be the author of evil. He won't though, because the Canon is closed.
