I believe in dispensationalism. Though even I can see its pointless to convert jews. Deport them back to Israel should honestly be the norm because it technically is their nation and thus they have no reason to be in our nation. Provided they're both Christian, it's not inherently a sin. It can still be done for sinful reasons, however, and even when done for non-sinful reasons, it can have negative effects on the child and on society. There would be nothing necessarily wrong with a government choosing to restrict it because of those problems.

There is a section in Revelations 7:1-8 that discusses how many from the tribes of Israel will inherit the kingdom of heaven. However, this appears to be the number of people specific to the end-times.

There should be a verse somewhere that specifically says only a certain number of those from God's chosen people (something like 277,000 maybe?) will inherit the kingdom of heaven.
