Not true. Many parables are not directly interpreted. Example: the Prodigal Son in Luke 15.
Even if they were all interpreted internally, a metaphor is not a parable, and none of the relevant passages around the eucharist are parables.
The argument you're making would only work if you could say that Jesus's metaphors were always internally interpreted, but that's not true either. Example: John 4:14
