What's with the whole "really present Christ in the Eucharist"? Jesus spoke in metaphors all the time, but this one thing he said that sounds the most like a metaphor out of everything he ever said is supposed to be taken literally?

Please explain please.

There is no explanation, catholics let their tradition get out of hand and go against the Bible again. They also see the eucharist as a sacrifice, and they deny that it's symbolic, choosing to believe that it's the true flesh and blood of Jesus when the priest consecrates it. Given these statements it's easy to see how they don't believe Jesus's one death on the cross was enough to atone for our sins, instead they believe they need to continually re-sacrifice Him. Yet Christ's own words go against that: when He died on the cross He said "it is finished", not "yeah guys, it's important I died now but remember to keep sacrificing me for eternity, but only in the one true church or else it doesn't count".

Sometimes, yes, but he always clarified. Every single parable he spoke is immediately followed by what he meant. If he were speaking metaphorically about "this is my body", then he would have immediately said "the body represents me, but isn't really me."

Not true. Many parables are not directly interpreted. Example: the Prodigal Son in Luke 15.

Even if they were all interpreted internally, a metaphor is not a parable, and none of the relevant passages around the eucharist are parables.

The argument you're making would only work if you could say that Jesus's metaphors were always internally interpreted, but that's not true either. Example: John 4:14
