My dad always used to say there were originally 15 commandments but Moses dropped one the stones, causing it to just be 10 commandments along with having Moses be the first human to ever utter "god damn it"
Was this actually in the Bible in some way or was my father just joking and my autistic ass couldn't pick that up?

I think that is from a Mel Brooks or Monty Python movie.
Also, I pray for the Nigerian Christians beheaded recently, I pray they did not taste death. 2000 years after the fact, and Christians of today are facing the exact same situations as the early Christians who made even had know the Lord. A message of love and peace is a threat and a death sentence still today.

Moses got angry at the crowd of idolaters and their bronze bull, so he smashed the commandments in a rage. But he then went back up the mountain and got the full and complete list once again after he'd dealt with them.

Yes, OP, your father was just messing with you. It's literally from an old movie by Mel Brooks. Embed related is the scene.

It is certainly impossible to know all movie references at all times, and it is certainly not something to be ashamed of.
