There's Christian Metal and also a bunch of metal bands that are Christian-compatible. I used to be quite into metal as a teenager and one of the things that led me to believe in God was that I couldn't rationalize music as just wavelengths. There was something more there.

However, it royally pisses me off that so many metal bands are obsessed with the demonic. Demos are weak, miserable, treacherous. Want something strong, loyal, that stands up right? Something truly METAL? That's an angel. There should be entire albums dedicated to St. Michael slaying demons.
