It's clear what you should do and think about with your life. Cut out the extraneous things and ease your suffering, all your suffering comes from considering things that don't actually matter

well actually, when the follower of Christ 'suffers' pain and hardship in this life, they are being blessed to share in the sufferings of the Master that bought them with His blood; these troubles that Christ promised all His followers being a sanctifying discipline received by all true children of God so that they might be conformed to His image, and if you haven't learnt that in your church it might suggest it don't know nothing about salvation
