I have insulted God, insulting God is an unforgivable sin… I guess I'm going to hell

Don’t despair. Insulting God isn’t unforgivable, just go to confession.

It's blasphemy against the Spirit that won't be forgiven. So what does that entail?

from what I understand blasphemy against the Holy Spirit just means believing things like your sin being too great for the Holy Spirit to remit.

Being willfully unrepentant. Deliberately sinning, knowing it's sinful, and not caring that it is sinful. That unrepentant nature also means you can't feel any sort of guilt or apprehension. If you feel the need to confess your sin, then you have not blasphemed the Spirit. That confession aspect also includes bragging about the sin, which actually fulfills James 5:16.
Blaspheming against the Spirit is nearly impossible to do.

The way I understand it is that human beings say and think stupid things all the time, which God in his infinite wisdom is particularly aware of. While you will no doubt be judged for everything that comes out of your mouth, I HIGHLY doubt that any sinful thing you utter could not be potentially repented.
Blasphemy against the holy spirit would be something that modern zionist elites accomplish using technological and perhaps occult means (in the sense that it contravenes the natural order of things or seeks to do so), which isn't easy for sane people to even think up of on their own. So unless you joined the Masonic lodge or Hollywood cult, got really high up and did some spirit cooking, I doubt that it's anything that your weekly confession can't make up for.

This. I heard a good meme about this once - if you're still worried about having sinned against the Spirit, the you haven't. Point being you would have no conscience at that point.
