When God seems to act immorally, or ask of you impossible and irrational things, how have you accepted it? Or do you still hold off.

Be like Abraham and put your full faith in the Lord. It might seem immoral or it might not make a lick of sense, but if He is telling you to do it then it's for a reason. God does not mislead us, if we are faithful to Him we are righteous.

God by virtue of being the sole self-subsistent Being, the Creator of all things, and as such; the Definer, Maker and Final Arbiter of morality, cannot be immoral
