The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

To be serious, I've racked my brain and can't think of one. The funniest guy though is probably David (or maybe he's just dynamic.. he's a bit of everything.. a poet, a warrior, a seducer.. and kind of funny). There's that one instance where he got accidentally captured by the enemy, and they didn't realize who he was. So he acted like a madman and they finally ignored him (then he slipped away).

"Achish’s servants said to him, “Isn’t that David, king of the land? He’s the one people sing about in their dances,

‘Saul has killed his thousands,

but David has killed his tens of thousands!’”

David took these words very seriously and became very frightened of Achish, Gath’s king. So he changed the way he acted with them, pretending to be insane while he was with them. He scratched marks on the doors of the city gates and let spit run down his chin.

“Can’t you see he’s crazy?” Achish asked his servants. “Why bring him to me? Am I short on insane people that you’ve brought this person to go crazy right in front of me? Do you really think I’m going to let this man enter my house?” [1 Sam 21:11:14]

What about Eliah?

<And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.

This passage always made me laugh, for some reason.

Maybe it's just not a thing that happened in Israelite culture, although that's hard to believe.

I'd say Daniel is closest to a "jester" in the courtly sense. He had true power in Babylon, and could openly protest the rulings of Babylon without fear. For instance, he killed their dragon "god" and disproved their brazen idol and received no punishment from Cyrus.
