Bible. Catechism. Writings of saints pertaining to your area of interest.
But if your objective is to "btfo" anybody, your best option is silence. Preach the gospel to glorify God. Not for the adulation of man.

Look into "Introduction to Systematic Theology: Prolegomena" by Cornelius Van Til, and "Covenantal Apologetics" by Scott Oliphint. If you like Grudem then this is the next step up in reformed theology.

Also read Oliphint first to get the lay of the land since Van Til can be a little hard to follow sometimes.
